Giovanna Pizzoferrato is a Los Angeles native of Brazilian and Italian heritage. In 2018, she exhibited a solo show of her paintings and drawings in São Paulo, hosted by project MECAIntro. Drawings of her car’s engine were featured in the 2017 issue of Graphite Journal, published by The UCLA Hammer Student Association.
Giovanna received a BFA with Honors at Art Center College of Design in 2016. She usually resides in Echo Park, CA, and sometimes in São Paulo, Brazil. Giovanna focuses primarily on painting and drawing in her studio in downtown Los Angeles, and she takes care of houseplants in need wherever she goes.
